Every HubSpot instance is different, users must have the below permission sets to enable the sync to Recapped. We recommend putting Recapped users in a specific 'permission set' with the required settings.

In HubSpot, Navigate to your Settings > Users & Teams > Actions > Edit

Once you get to the user Select "Edit Permissions" on the users:

Under “Object Access” make sure the following are set:

Under the “CRM tools” dropdown, set the following permissions:

Click “Save” and assign the new permissions in HubSpot to anyone using Recapped!
