To help you better manage your opportunities and reduce duplicate efforts, Recapped integrates directly into Salesforce through a bi-directional syncing method. With the integration you’re now able to sync opportunity and account level data directly into a Recapped content block.

To sync opportunity and account level data to your Recapped instance, first make sure that your integration is configured properly within your account settings.

Push determines what data you push to SFDC from Recapped

Pull determines what data you pull from SFDC into Recapped

Once you’ve confirmed the desired Opportunity & Account fields it’s time to add the fields into your template.

It's important to note, since this guide is for admins, the content block you add into the template, is the one that will appear every time a user selects this template for a workspace.

Start by selecting 'Edit Template':

Once you determine which Tab you’d like the SFDC fields to live, select “Add Content”:

From there select the Salesforce Content Block:

Edit the fields to select the account and opportunity fields that are most relevant to the template:

When you’re finished your content block should look something like this:

The template will automatically save and will now be available (with the Salesforce fields) to all users!
