Enabling Client Edits within the Table Block

To make the workspace more collaborative, you can enable client edits in Table Content Blocks by clicking the "..." on the top right of the column.

Once it turns blue, you'll know it's enabled.

🚨 If you don't see the "..." that means you aren't logged into Recapped. Please login with your credentials. Here is the link to login.

Enabling Client Uploads within the Checklist

Within the mutual action plan, you're able to request client uploads as well.

  1. Click the button to the right of the step within the checklist content block

  2. Click Enable client uploads

💡Best practice: After you request it, use the Comment feature to notify your clients. A quick comment in Recapped nudges them back into the shared trusted space. It's a gentle reminder of all the value that you've built together. Learn more about the comment feature.

Embedding Content

Additionally, you can edit Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides within the application (Recapped) by embedding them directly into your workspace.

That way your clients don't have to leave your shared trusted space to collaborate on those documents.

Check out our help article to see what else you can embed!
