Insights dashboard provides visibility into all your and your team's deals so you can take control and be proactive on all your critical deals.

  • See which deals are slipping and why

  • Track your most engaged content across stages

  • Quickly summarize your team’s performance

  • Compare win rates and engagement rates

Filters

Toggle between your Personal insights and your Team's insights. Team insights will be available to admins by default.


Member users can access team insights if they are allowed to access team workspaces. This can be managed on the Permissions tab in settings/team


Overview

  • Win rate - Average win rate across all your Recapped workspaces. Requires CRM integration

  • Days to close - Average days to close your workspace. Requires CRM integration

  • Days per step - Average days to complete a step in a given workspace

  • Clients - Average clients per workspace

  • Engagements - Average client engagements per workspace


Open deals

*You can click on these cards to filter and see the workspaces on your dashboard.

  • Open - All active workspaces

  • On track - Progressing workspaces

  • At risk - Slipping or delayed workspaces

  • New engagements - New client engagements on workspaces

  • New comments - New client comments on workspaces


Leaderboard

See how your team is performing. View their open workspaces, win rates, and status of workspaces based on what's actually going on in the deals.

*Sort the table by clicking on the column headers (eg. Open or Overdue)

**Only accessible on the Team tab

  • Name - Team member name

  • Workspaces* - total workspaces owned by this team member

  • Open* - Total open workspaces by this team member

  • Win rate - Win rate for this team member. Requires CRM integration

  • Not scheduled* - Open workspaces owned by this team member without a scheduled Next Step

  • Overdue* - Open workspaces owned by this team member with an overdue next step.

  • Clients - Avg. number of clients across this team member's workspaces

  • Engagement - Avg. number of client engagements across this team member's workspaces

Revenue blockers

See which steps have the most friction in your deals.

  • Next step - The next step when your deal is Closed Lost.

  • Closed lost - Percentage of closed lost workspaces where this was the next step.

  • Overdue* - Open workspaces where this step is overdue.

  • Upcoming* - Open workspaces where this step is upcoming.

Workspaces by stage

Filter your workspaces by stage to see close date and amount. Navigate to them quickly by clicking on the workspace title.


Workspace momentum

Track how your workspaces are performing across your stages.

Hover on a section to see more information like the number of workspaces and the total amount.

Click on a section to pin the tooltip and navigate to the relevant workspaces.


Workspace engagement

Visualize workspace engagement score over time for your workspaces. Hover over a line to see more information. Click to pin the tooltip and navigate to the relevant workspace.


Content engagement by stage

*Requires CRM integration

Know which content is engaged with when a workspace was in a particular stage. This table will help you understand which content helps drive your deals forward and which ones cause friction. Navigate to the open workspaces with a particular piece of content.


Next step by stage

*Requires CRM integration

Filter your upcoming steps by stages. See how much revenue is attributed to a particular step.

Navigate to the workspaces with this step coming up next. Act on the most pressing steps in a given stage to get your deals across the finish line


Average milestone time

Understand how long it takes for your Milestones or Checklists to be completed. Optimize your process to improve milestone completion times to shorten sales cycles and close more revenue.

Note: The more your team uses templates to standardize your process, the better insights you will get from this table.
