In our latest product release, we are thrilled to introduce View-Only Licenses. With this powerful addition, collaborating seamlessly across your team has never been easier.

View-Only Licenses allow you to grant access to team members who may not require a full license but still need to review and interact with essential information. Additionally, we have introduced the concept of View-Only admins, who possess permission sets enabling them to manage settings within an account.

To enable view-only licenses simply navigate to your system settings:

Once the user has accepted their invite you will be able to adjust their permissions to:

View Only - Member: Able to see all aspects of the platform without admin permissions

View Only - Admin: Ability to administer account settings, add licenses and set up integrations.
