Syncing a workspace to the corresponding opportunity is essential to managing your opportunities and reducing duplicate efforts. Recapped integrates directly into Salesforce through a bi-directional syncing method.

Complete the following steps to sync a new workspace to an existing or opportunity:

Navigate to the options in the top right (⚙️ button)

Select the opportunity that corresponds to the workspace:

Select "Sync with Salesforce" button in the bottom right corner! Once the sync saves all of the existing field data will be pulled in from salesforce.
